Each lot shows up in the store's COA Library and on its product's page. Vial QR codes link to …/#coa/LOT-NUMBER.
Admin: everything here plus all of Ops, and can add or remove people.
Sales rep: Ops only: makes invoices, confirms payment, packs and ships orders, adds tracking. Can't see Supply or Inventory, change payment details, delete orders, or edit the store.
They sign in with that Google account at this same Admin link. Sales reps land straight in Ops.

Phone alerts
A notification on the team's phones the moment a website order comes in. Each person turns alerts on in Ops → Orders. A small Google script on this account sends them. Set it up once:
- Signed in as spartanbiolabs.info@gmail.com, open script.google.com → New project and name it Spartan Ops Alerts.
- Tap Copy the script below and paste it over everything in Code.gs. Save.
- ⚙ Project Settings → tick Show "appsscript.json" manifest file in editor. Back in the editor, open appsscript.json, paste Copy the settings file over everything. Save.
- Pick setup in the function menu at the top → Run → allow access. If Google says it hasn't verified the app: Advanced → Go to Spartan Ops Alerts. It's your own script.
- Deploy → New deployment → ⚙ Web app → Execute as Me, Who has access Anyone → Deploy. Copy the Web app URL, paste it below and tap Save link.
